Sie liegt n\u00f6rdlich von <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sonneninsel-lanzarote.de\/\" title=\"Lanzarote\"  target=\"_blank\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Lanzarote<\/span><\/strong><\/a>, zwischen <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sonneninsel-lanzarote.de\/la-graciosa\/\"  target=\"_blank\">La Graciosa<\/a> und Alegranza. Monta\u00f1a Clara geh\u00f6rt zum Verwaltungsgebiet von <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.sonneninsel-lanzarote.de\/teguise\/\" >Teguise<\/a>. F\u00fcr <strong>9 Mio. Euro<\/strong> kann die 2,7 Millionen Quadratmeter gro\u00dfe Insel erworben werden.<\/p>\n<p>Sie ist ein Teil des <em>Parque Natural del Archipi&eacute;lago Chinijo<\/em>, was auf deutsch &#8222;Naturpark des Chinijo-Archipels&#8220; heisst und des <strong>Naturschutzgebietes<\/strong> <em>Reserva Natural de los Islotes<\/em>. Somit steht sie komplett unter Naturschutz und ihr nat\u00fcrlicher Zustand darf nicht ver\u00e4ndert werden. Sie ist auch ein bevorzugtes R\u00fcckzugsgebiet f\u00fcr viele verschiedene Vogelarten. Es gibt mehrere endemische Tiere auf Monta\u00f1a Clara, d.h. diese Tierarten kommen nirgendwo anders auf diesem Planeten vor.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2767\" alt=\"insel-montana-clara\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sonneninsel-lanzarote.de\/blog\/wp-content\/insel-montana-clara1.jpg\" width=\"450\" height=\"300\" border=\"1\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Die Erben von <em>Mariano L\u00f3pez Socas<\/em>, der 50 Jahre lang der B\u00fcrgermeister von <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sonneninsel-lanzarote.de\/haria\/\" title=\"Har&iacute;\u00ada, Lanzarote\"  target=\"_blank\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Har&iacute;\u00ada<\/span><\/strong><\/a> war, sind die momentanen Besitzer. Allerdings geh\u00f6ren auch einige Teile der Regierung. Etwa 20% vom Land und Meer sind bereits \u00f6ffentliches Eigentum (Dominio p&iacute;\u00bablico) und weitere 35 % des Naturschutzgebietes geh\u00f6ren ebenfalls zur Regierung.<\/p>\n<p>Das <strong>Umweltministerium<\/strong> und der <strong>K\u00fcstenschutz<\/strong> wollen die Insel jetzt komplett enteignen oder den privaten Teil kaufen, um die ganze Insel zum \u00f6ffentlichen Eigentum zu erkl\u00e4ren.<\/p>\n<p>Man darf gespannt sein, wie diese Geschichte ausgehen wird!
